TerraCycle is a global pioneer in recycling 'non-recyclable' waste and and we're looking for a Customer Support Representative to help us manage our programs.
TerraCycle's mission is to “Eliminate the Idea of Waste”. We have become a global leader in recycling hard-to-recycle waste that typically ends up in landfill (e.g. cigarette butts, baby diapers, coffee capsules etc.). Thanks to major brand partners, we work around the world to set up innovative recycling schemes. We have engaged with 80 million consumers, raised $30 million for charities and recycled over 4 billion pieces of waste.
About the role
We're looking for a part-time customer support representative and office all rounder to help support TerraCycle Australia and New Zealand's programs. Our office is located in Surry Hills, Sydney.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a university student or graduate to develop strong telemarketing and customer service skills at an innovative and international recycling company! Join a vibrant team of like-minded individuals with a passion for sustainability.
Our ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal communication skills and an interest in recycling and sustainability. Telemarketing and customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
